Victory dress a.k.a. Seafoam dress
Sewing pattern to create a mermaid-y gown in size XS-XL. This pattern is best suited for sewists with at least intermediate skills. While basic instructions are included, beginners may find it challenging.

Adding a lace-up back with a modesty panel allows for up to an additional 10 cm in the measurements. The smallest size can also be tightened further by adjusting the lacing.
